I still have this problem.  I've manually installed python-indicate, but
"Set Up Broadcast Accounts" /still/ appears in the indicator applet.  I
have three broadcast accounts configured (twitter, facebook, buzz), all
have authenticated and are working fine.  No accounts are highlighted in
the "Broadcast Accounts" UI.

Running Maverick, gwibber/gwibber-service 2.33.0~bzr894-0ubuntu1~daily1
