Uploaded for Maverick after confirming locally that it fixes the
problem.

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: pinentry-qt4
  
  KUbuntu Maverick. When sending signed or encrypting mail from contact
  Alt-Enter that should sent mail raises pinentry windows, but doesn't
  changed focus to pinentry. And user need to select it manually using
  mouse. And only then type password.

+ TEST CASE: using the -release package, sign a source package and notice
+ that the pinentry window stays in back.  Install the updated package and
+ then do it again.  Notice that the window appears on top where you want
