@Felipe, blcr is pulled by libcr0 which is pulled by openmpi-checkpoint
which is pulled as a recommend of openmpi-checkpoint. You can workaround
by uninstalling openmpi-checkpoint before upgrading. I have no lucid
system at hand yet to test it but that should do the trick.

Could you please file a new report against openmpi, attach the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade and subscribe me to that new report. A solution would be to lower the dependency on openmpi-checkpoint from recommends to suggest.
