[Bug 674542] [NEW] USB Wireless driver load fault on Ubuntu 9.10

I've just upgraded from Ubuntu 9.4 to 9.10 and my USB Wireless
Adapatator which was working fine on 9.4 has now failured. I've just run
the command sudo tail -f /var/log/messages and this is the report before
plug mu USB Wireless and after plug it.
