This bug was fixed in the package libvirt - 0.7.5-5ubuntu27.8

  * debian/patches/9903-lp668042.patch:  When libvirtd is restarted, do not
    remove network interface details from active domains. Patched based on
    upstream git commit.  (LP: #668042)
