This bug *is* present on every version of Ubuntu, affects everybody
using this feature (ie, is not specific to the reporters system), is
well understood and is a duplicate of an already existing bug.

It's pretty easy for you to reproduce...

       Status: New => Invalid

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 34321
   should delete the saved session when unmarking automatic session saving option
