This debdiff forces the use of Python 2.6 both while building the bzrlib
and also modifies the /usr/bin/bzr command to ALWAYS use python2.6 .
This temporarily fix fixes the problem of selftests and other issues
such as this one which came up after the python 2.7 transition.

This patch needs to be reverted once these issues are resolved upstream.

This is a rough debdiff, and I think many changes might be needed in it.
