I have the same with Remastersys. This tool still is okay sofar I can see. But it destroys the internetconnection nowadays.
Relinux stops here when it is going to write the ISO on disk it seems.

  Linux Mint 17, Breaks Wired Internet On My Machine

Bug description:
  I'm not sure if its just a problem with me or if it has happened to
  other people too but whenever I run relinux after it finishes making
  the ISO my system gets completely messed up or at least the internet
  anyway.
