おそらく環境に関わらず発生しますが、これはフォントによっては回避可能な案件です
取り敢えず現在のCourier Newでは駄目なので、より望ましいと思われるフォントを吟味してみます

  ハートマークが下の行の文字を侵食する

Bug description:
  添付画像の通り、ハートマークが下の行の文字を侵食している。（孕の字の上部）
  フォント種、あるいは1行の高さとフォントサイズの兼ね合い、もしくは描画インターフェースの問題？
  なお、発生時はこれらの設定は変更していない。環境はWindows7でAero不使用。
