Bug description:
  ゲーム開始1日目にKOJO_EVENT(110)の魔力使用前口上が表示されない

  ローカル変数DAYONCEを使い"IF DAYONCE != DAY"を条件として呼び出される箇所であるが
  1日目はDAYONCEもDAYも値は共に"0"なので"!="が成立せずに、決して呼び出される事がない状態
