Bug description:
  CSTR:0で管理される順序イベント整理関数@AUTOORDERは呼び出され
  る毎にAUTOORDER_0 AUTOORDER_1と立っていき、一度立ったものはリ
  セットされない仕様(即ち、呼びだされ出力される事がない)であるが
  IF AUTOORDER(0) < 3 のような囲みの中で CASE 0 と記述している為、
  IF に掛かった時点で 0 が立ってしまい、意図した順序通りに機能していない
  箇所がある。
