Bug description:
  1.@INPUTINTおよび@TINPUTINTは再入力時に行消去を行わないため、連続で入力を失敗した場合にログが流されてしまう
  2.@TINPUTINTは再入力が発生するたびに制限時間がリセットされるため、時間を制限している意味が無い
  3.@TINPUTINTは時間切れ時の戻り値を暗黙の許容値として扱ってしまっており、ユーザによる入力値か時間切れかの判別ができない
