条件で選択肢の表示を規制するように修正

  大妖精口上KOJO_TRAIN_K4.ERB内の記述ミス
  4674行目がIF TEQUIP　;　アナルビーズとなっている

  積極的従う(積極的やる、なすがまま等)の選択肢イベントでペニスバンド挿入中にペニスバンドを外すと挿入中だけ残る
  TEQUIP:性交中とTEQUIP:性交奉仕中をそれぞれ0にする記述を入れればいい？
