Didier Barvaux proposed the following answer:
The bug is now fixed in the trunk and will be part of the upcoming 1.4.0
release. It will not be fixed in the 1.2.x and 1.3.x releases since it
would break compatibility with previous releases (the format of some
ROHC packets change). See bug #622128 for details.
