Hello,

Follow all the instructions from http://rohc-lib.org/wiki/doku.php?id
=library-install-sources#native_build_on_unix-like_systems . You seem to
have extracted the test files in the wrong directory.

The source.pcap files are capture files with some IP packets that will
be compressed with ROHC by the ./test/non_regression/test_non_regression
application. The rohc-tests-1.6.1.tar.bz2 archive contains plenty of
them.
