Rockzstar is still having a problem:
I followed the steps
   -> created one directory called Rohc
   -> $cd Rohc
   -> Now Rohc consists of rohc-1.6.1.tar.bz2 and rohc-tests-1.6.1.tar.bz2
   -> tar xvjf rohc-1.6.1.tar.bz2
   -> tar xvjf rohc-tests-1.6.1.tar.bz2
   -> $cd rohc-1.6.1
   -> ./configure --enable-rohc-tests
   -> make all
   ->sudo make install
   ->make -C test check
   ->./test/non_regression/test_non_regression -c comparison.pcap smallcid source.pcap
any correction.
