Hi,

You're right, the "answers" feature of Launchpad doesn't support
attachment. You may attach your traces/pcap files to the related ticket
in the bugtracker: https://bugs.launchpad.net/rohc/+bug/1301518  You'll
find a link named "Add attachment" on the page.
