Hello,

The normal behavior of one ROHC decompressor un the No Context state is
to expect IR packets only. The ROHC compressor and the ROHC decompressor
seem to be desynchronized. Either the compressor has one bug. Either the
decompressor has one bug. Either too many ROHC packets were lost between
compressor and decompressor. The last option is the one to check for at
first. Are you able to reproduce the problem ? Is there any packet loss
?
