I'm just writing to tell you (and whoever might be interested) that I'm
starting a MUD using the LPUni bundle offered on lpmuds.net. Well, not so
much starting, as restarting. After fidgeting with Dead Souls for a while,
I got fed up with the odd nature of the code's organization, and the bloated
feel of the lib. While it is decent, it didn't quite fit our needs.

So, last week, we started the project over, using LPUniversity as our core.
And I have to say, I love it. A lot. I'm not a programmer, nor even a very
good hobby programmer (or even moderately good, if we're being honest.) The
simple layout, the clean, crisp code, all appeal to me a lot. I think it is
by far the best lightweight LPC mudlib out there, and I just wanted to give
my heartfelt thanks to you and everyone else who worked on the project.

That's it for now - later I may have questions pertaining to redistribution
rights, but that's in the distant future. Really just wanted to say thank
you.
