I have setup the Savanna Horizon using the docs at
https://savanna.readthedocs.org/en/latest/horizon/howto.html but when I try
to connect from Horizon I get this connection error.  Does anyone have any
idea what I could be missing?  I have the Savanna API running on the same
host with grizzly stable code and have created the savann service and
endpoint in keystone.

exceeded with url: /v0.2/d57943a12a674ac5beea3b0b5d64fe7e/clusters
(Caused by <class 'socket.error'>: [Errno 111] Connection refused)
