I already solved this by using the text as csv option en (copy paste
submit)

  cannot import users into groups with excel

Bug description:
  when i do the import in School > Import XLS it says OK, but when i
  look into my group  membership it does not show any users. Only the
  users that i have manually added. What can the problem be?
