installing SchoolTool on Karmic

Dears,

I am trying to install schooltool on Karmic but I am getting depency problems.
I read on SchoolTool page it currently runs only on jaunty and Hardy,
but I read also there is an ISO of 9.10 based edubuntu which have
Schooltool in the distro, so I am wondering if is possible to install
Schooltool on a plain Ubuntu 9.10.

I tried to do the obvious: Add the lines below to the software sources:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/schooltool-owners/ubuntu karmic main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/schooltool-owners/ubuntu karmic main

them I refresh the software list and run "sudo apt-get install
schooltool-2009".
The problem is there are several unresolved dependencies.
