It seems the calendar is not dynamically related to terms, so it is
relatively easy to schedule a section with a start / section end date
different than terms. Here is how I do it, supposing I want to add a
section starting on 2010-03-08 and ends on 2010-04-02:

   1. Configure current term to start on 2010-03-08 and ends on 2010-04-02;
   2. Schedule the course using any appropriate time table;
   3. After scheduling, change current term back to how it was, the
      Journal would not update accordingly;

If this method works, it has a drawback too. If the section really
changed its end date, there is no way to update journal accordingly, as
it would not follow any changes in school tool after scheduled. With the
intention to test this method I scheduled a same course multiple times,
now I found I have no way to remove what I scheduled.

In case scheduling is a one-way operation, I must make it very clear
warning to clerks who works with me to be careful doing scheduling. Or
is it?
