SchoolTool 2015 Annual Report

Hi All,

I've published an annual report for SchoolTool in 2015 here:

tl;dr - We (Douglas) wrote a lot of code for ARK, and we're going to get it
all into a SchoolTool 3.0 release Real Soon Now.  SchoolTool lives on.
