Yup. For Ubuntu, we're still in time to try to find out how to solve
the problem with audio that we talked about (oss, pulse...). I'm still
giving it a thought, maybe a couple of different starting scripts with
different options, and selecting them with alternatives, or maybe a
configuration line somewhere in /etc/ or in the environment variables.
