I use 4 manometer applets and after couple of hours I get 1 GB + of memory usage
I did not notice this in jaunty

system
Ubuntu 9.10  64 up to date Gnome desktop - Compiz
Intel Quad core Q6600 4GB ram no swap
Screenlets version 0.1.2-7
