Some other ideas:

1,
on the individual screenlets Launcpad page when someone report a new bug, in the bug summery have to write the screenlet name this format: "[FlowerScreenlet] why not blue the flowers?"

this format we can easier manage the lots of screenlet

2,
on the Screenlets.org web page we can make a new news, where we look forward new developers
