Note that it is not possible to send an ACTUAL screen shot because doing
a screen grab refreshed the whole screen including the widget, thereby
the flower draws as expected.

If a window is maximised and covers up the Notes item, then it does
redraw correctly.

I have just tested it on the other themes that have 'pins' pinning the
Note in place, and they also don't redraw correctly.
