Since this change entails blanking of Screenlets settings, because they
will be stored in a new directory (~/.config/screenlets instead of
~/.config/Screenlets), there has to be means to import old settings.

Maybe it's even meaningful to change it back for backwards
compatibility? What XDG standard requires directory names under
~/.config be written with the starting capital letter?
