Sorry if I was not clear.

Yes you are correct for 10.2 i used the tmplib folder and jre\bin in the
path. I needed both the folders in the path to make it work.

Here are the steps I followed for upgrade to sikuli X.
1_ uninstall 10.2
2_ install Sikuli X
3_ check the path; sikuli X\lib was added to the path by the installer;
jre6\bin was already in the path.
4_ replace sikuli-script.jar with the new one.
5_ run the script. error!!

I download the latest jre from the sun site and installed it. it was
jre-6u23-windows-i586-s.exe.
