I have the similar problem as above. I followed your instructions and i
kept libcv.4.dylib in the /opt/local/lib folder.
I have changed the path in the change-lib-path.sh to "install_name_tool -change $ref @loader_path/Frameworks/`basename $ref` $dylib" and i kept Frameworks folder in the executable path of my program and i kept change-lib-path.sh file in the tmplib folder. I still see the above error. Please let me know whether i am going in a right way or not?

I am able to work on Windows very well, i see issues on mac only. thanks

Please help me as soon as possible. I tried a lot to figure it out, but
could not able to get the solution..
