Tsung-Hsiang Chang proposed the following answer:
The doc is made with Sphinx, which generates various kinds of formats of documentation. You can check out the source of the doc (which is also in our bzr source tree), and type "make singlehtml" (or make epub, make latexpdf) to generate the format you like and print it.
We may put official print-friendly versions online in the future, no guarantee though.
