You need openCV 2.1 on your machine!

Bug description:
  Sikuli X-1.0 rc2
  Ubuntu 10.10 64 bit
  To reproduce the bug, run sikuli-ide.sh and try any command that needs a screen capture for instance ctrl+ shift + 2.
