RaiMan proposed the following answer:
The currently available version of Sikuli is still 32-Bit and needs the
JRE 32-Bit even on Win 7 64-Bit.

If you want a real 64-Bit Sikuli X, you have to build it on your own. I
have just started to try it ;-)
