If i run the command you told the same happens: I can do a screen
capture but the screen looks curious...

  I am using Sikuli X-1.0rc2 on Win XP 32-bit. When I try to make a
  screenshot or a region screenshot my screen (2 screens) looks like on
  the attachment image.
