This seems to be a problem with the transparent overlay window on multi
screen environments on Windows XP (no reports for Vista/7 yet).

Pls. try with your system running only with one monitor, to make sure
Sikuli works on your system.

Bug description:
  I am using Sikuli X-1.0rc2 on Win XP 32-bit. When I try to make a
  screenshot or a region screenshot my screen (2 screens) looks like on
  the attachment image.
