These components come together with the distribution and are in the
folder Sikuli-IDE/libs.

Since you did not use the Sikuli installer: do you have path-to-Sikuli-
IDE/libs in your system-path when running a script that imports Sikuli?

I am asking, because the mentioned features you installed come with the
Sikuli distribution and are contained in that folder.
