  Currently it is impossible to checkout Sikuli code for development on
  Windows due to Bazaar bugs. The solution would be to provide a mirror of
  the code in alternative VCS. For example, Mercurial has bundled convert
  extension that can possibly be used to maintain automatic code mirror in
  HG
