  Missing copyright statements

Bug description:
  Hi,

  While preparing a package for Debian I've checked the sikuli source files and it appears that none of them have a proper copyright statement, while the MIT license explicitly says:
  <<The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in 
  all copies or substantial portions of the Software.>>

  I think this should be fixed.
