Saorabh Singh is still having a problem:
I was wondering that if 3rd parameter could help me out, As you suggested to use TAB or keyDown..
i got help from doc at http://sikuli.org/docx/region.html#Region.keyDown

S is a object of screen

s.keyDown(Key.DOWN);

But when i am using this func, it seems there is some issue with parameter "Key.DOWN).
So is that we have to include some packg or something???
