This bug report became too complicated to trace - I moved import
differences with Python into bug #799223 and inconsistencies with
execution of Sikuli using .bat and .exe should probably be moved to a
different one.

  import myscript does not always work, if myscript.sikuli is in same
  directory as calling script

Bug description:
  It may be too early to report, but the latest binary from
  http://sikuli.org/hudson/ can not find .sikuli files imported as:

      from imglib import *

  This works in X-1.0rc2
