I do not dare to ask:

name-it has to be substituted with your folder name.

example:

you have a folder c:\scripts

this contains a sikuli script: myscript.sikuli

so you have to use:
path-to-Sikuli\Sikuli-IDE.bat -r c:\script\myscript.sikuli
