RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Java 32Bit and Java 64Bit can be installed in parallel, since the standard installation puts the 
32Bit into c:\Program Files (x86) (the place where 32Bit programs live)
64Bit into c:\Program Files

The system path for the two Sikuli entries has to be changed
accordingly.

I personally have no experiences with this mixed setup on a Win7 64 Bit
system.

If you get any problems, use Sikuli-IDE.bat to start the IDE and add
appropriate settings (e.g. %JAVAHOME% ...) before or with the java call.
