-- 1 and 2 are both known bugs.

you might download the nightly build of rc3 from
http://sikuli.org/hudson/job/Sikuli-IDE-Windows/
and check that these problems should be addressed with the upcoming rc3

There is no need to set the similarity using the preview feature.
Just use Pattern(image).similar(value).

** Summary changed:

- Image captures
+ X-1.0rc2: IDE: preview takes long and corrupts similarity setting

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 717602
X-1.0rc2 IDE: Preview: hangs using larger images and spikes processor usage

Title:
X-1.0rc2: IDE: preview takes long and corrupts similarity setting

Status in Sikuli:
  New

Bug description:
  Three issues:
  1. Clicking matching preview for an image takes up to 3 minutes to complete running. Should be nearly instantaneous.
  2. If I change the offset an image uses, the similarity rating gets set to 0. Then I have to wait 3 minutes for the matching preview to complete so I can reset the sensitivity, because during the wait, the Similarity shows it is set to the default 0.7.
  3. I would like to be able to right click or otherwise be able to set the sensitivity/similarity setting without having to load matching preview at all.

  I'm using:
  Sikuli X-1.0 rc2
  Windows xp, 32 bit
