RaiMan proposed the following answer:
not a feature currently.

the mouse path is currently hardcoded in the Java method
Region.smoothMove(Location dest), which is not public and hence not
configurable.

The only option currently available is the duration of the move
(Settings.MoveMouseDelay).

Feel free to post a request bug or suggest a patch.
