Not a feature of Sikuli currently.

you might have a try with
http://sikuli.org/docx/globals.html#App.focusedWindow

and then read the text in the titlebar

win = App.focusedWindow()
titleBar = win.above(1).below(20) # might have to be adjusted
title = titleBar.text()
