Currently, the "forum" for Sikuli still is this Q&A board.

I do not know about any other plans of the developers (e.g. use the
facilities of github).

Another place for general concept and feature discussions is the
Blueprints section. But this seems to be accepted/used by only a few
people.

Some questions, that discuss things more generally I use to reedit and
mark them with [HowTo] in the headline.

Feel free, to make any suggestions.
