retano gave more information on the question:
Deleted HKCU\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\org\sikuli, myPreferences.reg was
not creatred, but the GUI error still exists.

The consequence is: until I save the project to D:\ it is working just
fine. Once Project is saved I get the error. If I save project locally
it is also working
