use the sikuli-ide.sh to run your script from command line and use
>mylogs.txt to redirect the print output to the textfile

e.g.
/Applications/Sikuli-IDE.app/sikuli-ide.sh -r you-name-it.sikuli >mylogs.txt

BTW: when asking a question as a comment to an existing question
(easier: make your own new question), you have to subscribe to the
question, to get notified (did it for you ;-)
