Olof Bjarnason confirmed that the question is solved:
OK, I found a workaround. If I run Sikuli itself in Administrator mode,
it actually can both click and type in the console window! :)

To make this practical, I right-clicked the Sikuli shortcut and choose
Properties->Advanced and checked "Run as administrator".

Works beautifully!
